d) It is highly recommend that whenever possible you get a qualified seamstress to measure your dress size. You'd better get someone else to measure for you because of the inaccuracy of self-measuring. Measure with undergarments is similar to those you will wear with your dress; please keep in mind do not measure over other clothing. According to the different dress style,approx.8cm-13cm (3.15inch-5.12inch) additional length will be reserved for making a good fit dress for you.

Custom size is preferred, please choose "Custom Size" from size dropdown menu and input your Bust ,Waist , Hips and Hollow to Hem ,Shoulder length in inch or in centimeter, please do remember to follow our measuring guide.

How do I cancel an order?
If you want to cancel your order,please contact with us within 48 hours from the time you placed your order,otherwise,we will charge you US$45.00 for handle fee. You may only cancel an order prior to it being shipped out,we shall not be able to process a cancellation once your order has been shipped out.

Our Customer Service representatives determine eligibility for refunds and exchanges once customers have contacted us and explained their reason for return.
All returns must be sent within 7 days of the shipment being received.
We only accept items in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged with original tags and packages. Requests to return items due to quality issues, damage during shipping, color/style/size error or allergic reaction from use must be accompanied by photos or other evidence that clearly shows the problem with the item received. We reserve the right to charge a handling fee on all items returned for other reasons.
